Thanks Michael - really appreciate your comment (and apologies for my tardy response). It's been interesting to watch how the whole banks thing has played out, especially more recently. I wrote this story towards the end of 2011, partly because I was surprised that people didn't seem to be angrier about what's happened. But more recently, there does seem to have been a kind of delayed public reaction to the way banks have behaved (not that my story had anything much to do with that - but I hope… (plus)
